Classic Liquid Screed is the original Anhydrite floor screed.

The classic screed is perfectly suited to use in floating, bonded or unbonded construction and can easily incorporate electric or warm water underfloor heating systems

Generally installed at 50mm it gives a reduction of 33% in materials used compared to a Traditional sand and cement screed.

This screed can accept all floor coverings including Tiles, Wood, Vinyl and Resins.

The Screed gives an extremely high efficiency for underfloor heating due to the density.

Our team will assist you with the calculations for your project, we just need you to provide us with your floor size and project requirements.

The calculation used: floor area (m²) x screed depth (mm) = Cubic meter (m³).

We will provide you with a quote and upon your acceptance we shall arrange with you a suitable pour date and time to screed your floor and send you our invoice. Please note, full payment is required ahead of the agreed pour date.

Our service is to install the screed only, please note it is your responsibility to ensure the area is prepared adequately and that it is for purpose to take the weight of the screed being laid.
